The scene is captured in Lijiang, China. This is one of the scenes recreated to portray how one the minorities tribe in Yunnan long ago goes about doing their daily life. In this scene, the gathering of crops, in an orderly manner clearly show that discipline and respect to the organised way of life are essential to the harmony of the whole society. Teamwork, good discipline, coordination and cooperation are essential for efficiency otherwise society will be at chaos. Cambridge Dictionary defines society as “a large group of people who live together in an organized way, making decisions about how to do things and sharing the work that needs to be done”. Synergy is defined as the combined power of a group of things when they are working together that is greater than the total power achieved by each working separately. Hence, teamwork at its best results in a synergy that can be very productive.
